TELEGARD 3.0 GAMMA RELEASE DELAYED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 13, 1995

KINGSTON, ONTARIO - September 8th, 1995 - The Telegard 3.0 gamma release will be delayed a
couple of days till September 13th, 1995.  The primary reason for this delay is personal --
I finished writing two qualifying exams this week for my second year at Queen's University,
and I am mentally and physically drained.  I can not fathom finishing the minor items which
need to be tweaked for the gamma release -- I can hardly keep my eyes open and my fingers
moving.  That said, the mere hours that I have before our scheduled release is not enough
for me to recover and complete the work.

I apologize for the delay and hope it does not cause any considerable problems.  Thanks for
your understanding in this matter.
